Experiencia fantástica: I purchased and sold a property with Boardwalk. As someone not too familiar with the real estate workings in Mexico, I required a bit more guidance though the process. If you're in the same space, this agency has your back. Their office has a full staff able to handle the entire process. My realtor was very attentive and knowledgeable (and drove me all over the place to see property-thanks Gabe), the office staff closely assisted with money transfers, bill setup (even going to CFE in my stead), and paperwork. They use an escrow process which felt familiar. Definitely a one stop for any and all real estate needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or work with the agency again.

We made arrangements to meet when I was in Puerto Vallarta in December. Wow was I lucky to have Ulises as my agent in the search for a pre-construction condo! Ulises picked me up at my hotel and had a selection of properties in different areas to look at and answered all my questions. In the end D’Avenue was my choice. I think from my description of what I was looking for, Ulises had a sixth sense that D’Avenue was perfect for me. The service didn’t stop there as when I returned to Puerto Vallarta in January, Ulises took me to two completed D projects to see the quality of build and the amenities and at one I was able to talk to a very satisfied owner. My brother and I were looking at investing in rental properties and were relatively new to the area, properties and real estate in Mexico.
