Experiencia negativa: Tuve que poner una estrella para poder dejar mi opinión, pero la verdad es que no pondría ninguna, es la empresa más ratera y más abusiva que he conocido, le di administrar mi departamento hace más de un año al principio te prometen grandes dividendos y que van a estar al pendiente de tu departamento, como si fuera suyo ya cuando estás adentro de la empresa no te hacen caso cero comunicación, no sabes en qué condiciones está tu departamento porque no te contestan, nadie habla contigo hasta que fueron mis hijas al departamento, vimos que había muebles rotos los blancos, súper sucios, manchados rotos y así lo seguían poniendo ellos se quedan con la gran parte de las rentas, a ti, sólo te toca pagar los gastos y para arreglarlo todos los desperfectos porque ellos no se hacen cargo, sólo lo rentan y lo rentan y te lo maltratan, y nadie te da razón de eso por fin me pude zafar, respetando las reservas que ya estaban agendadas y me entregaron mi departamento en pésimas condiciones, los blancos rotos sucios manchados todo lo tuve que comprar otra vez. Ellos no se hacen responsables, no me quieren pagar, además me están haciendo un cargo de $150 que no me han reembolsado y me están cobrando unas tarjetas perdidas que yo no debí pagar así que si estás buscando una Administrador para tu Airbnb. Por favor huye de esta empresa

Experiencia negativa: Pésima experiencia con Naya Homes. Hice una reservación a través de Airbnb con más de 6 meses de anticipación, pagada en su totalidad, y sin ninguna justificación clara me la cancelaron apenas una semana antes de mi viaje. Esto no solo habla de una falta total de profesionalismo, sino que además me generó problemas en todos los sentidos: logística, costos adicionales y estrés innecesario por tener que resolver alojamiento de último momento. Es completamente inaceptable que una empresa maneje así las reservaciones ya confirmadas y pagadas. Genera una enorme desconfianza y deja claro que no hay garantía real de que respeten lo que venden. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Existe un riesgo real de perder tiempo, dinero y tranquilidad. Definitivamente no volvería a confiar en ellos.

Experiencia negativa: Muy mala experiencia con Naya Homes. Realicé una reservación confirmada, pagada al 100% y con más de 6 meses de anticipación para un viaje en grupo (varias familias) en temporada alta, confiando en la seriedad del servicio. Sin embargo, a pocos días del viaje, la reserva fue cancelada de manera unilateral bajo el argumento de “circunstancias fuera de su control”. El hecho de que una reservación completamente pagada y hecha con tanta anticipación no sea respetada genera una gran desconfianza y demuestra una falta de compromiso hacia el cliente. Esta cancelación provocó afectaciones importantes: - Incremento considerable de precios al intentar conseguir hospedaje en las mismas fechas - Dificultad real para encontrar opciones equivalentes para un grupo grande - Pérdida del tiempo invertido durante meses en la planeación del viaje - Estrés e incertidumbre por tener que reorganizar todo de último momento Lo más preocupante es que no se ofreció una solución verdaderamente equivalente, limitándose únicamente a procesar un reembolso, lo cual es claramente insuficiente frente al impacto ocasionado. Recomiendo tener mucha precaución al reservar con esta empresa, especialmente en temporada alta o viajes en grupo, ya que ni siquiera una reservación confirmada, totalmente pagada y realizada con meses de anticipación garantiza que se respete. El viaje yo lo recebe por Airbnb , pero cuando se presentó el problema de la cancelación de forma unilateral , Airbnb se justificó diciendo q era problema del anfitrión y el anfitrión q era un tema de Airbnb . Honestamente muy mala experiencia No lo recomiendo

Experiencia positiva: A new hotel and residence. We had been canceled last minute at another condo we had rented but were able to get into the residence. The customer service was the very BEST and they went over and above to provide a good experience. We were there one month. Things you need to know when staying in the residence section is room is very small - fridge is smaller than an icebox and right in the floor so hard to access for older people. Water never got above Luke warm which was a disappointment. Balcony with Chanel view was amazing and relaxing. Pools were awesome! Upstairs pools etc were beautiful but drinks and food very expensive.Its location is good as it’s close to Sunset market which is expensive compared with Walmart. Easy walk to the market.Uber and Taxi and buses right out front.

Experiencia negativa: We stayed at the 1BR apartment in Alameda Central of Mexico City for a week. The apartment was advertised as having washer/dryer and wifi. Neither of these were functioning during our stay. We repeatedly emailed and called (no one answered their help line) about the internet and how important it was for us. They kept saying that they are looking into it, but we were left without any solution for the entirety of our stay. We had to find our own arrangement for internet to take care of work. There was also a intermittent bad smell in the kitchen and entrance area. Other than that, the apartment was well furnished and looked nice.

L'Absence d'air climatisé n'est pas vraiment un problème car les nuits à Mexico City tournent souvent entre 10 et 15 degrés celsius donc avec les fenêtres ouvertes vous serez très confortable, et si le bruit du trafic et les sirènes vous dérange, les bouchons d'oreilles sont fournies

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed here in Puerto Vallarta. The location was great. It was a very short walk to the water. Our accommodations were perfect. We had two lovely pools. The unit was clean with nice furnishings. We liked the fact that there was a person in the lobby by the door 24/7. We felt very safe.

Experiencia fantástica: We just finished our trip and wow — this place was amazing. The property was spotless, beautifully set up, and exactly what you hope for when you book a vacation rental. Everything felt fresh, updated, and really well taken care of. But what stood out the most was the new NayaHomes management. You can genuinely feel the difference. Communication was fast, friendly, and super clear. Check-in was smooth, every question we had was answered right away, and the team actually made us feel taken care of — not just “another reservation.” You can tell they take pride in what they do. The small touches, the attention to detail, the follow-through… it all added up. The house itself was perfect — comfortable beds, strong WiFi, great layout, and all the amenities you’d want for a stress-free trip. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend booking with NayaHomes. The property was great, but the new management made it unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Experiencia negativa: We stayed at a Naya Homes property in Roma Norte in Mexico City and DID NOT experience what was listed on our booking through Capital One travel. For one, they show the rooftop jacuzzi as part of the listing and talk about how it's a customer favorite. The use of the jacuzzi was NOT included in the price and they wanted to charge us $30 per use so we declined to use it. They don't tell you until after booking on platforms like Airbnb that it's an additional charge. The listing was noted to be safe and secure. There was security in the front of the building but every door that led to the outside on our unit was unlocked, and none of the sliding doors in our unit locked. The listing was said to be "in a vibrant neighborhood" so you would hear noise during the day but that the unit was soundproofed. The unit was not soundproofed at all and because of its location on a major street we heard sirens, motorcycles, and engine noise the entire night every night of our weeklong stay. I've stayed on other busy streets in Mexico City and they were better soundproofed than this unit. The listing noted that it had one king size bed. The beds in both bedrooms were the same size, and neither were a king. When we reached out to them about our toilet clogging and washing machine not draining, they were quick to respond. But overall I felt like we were scammed and what was listed was not provided.

Experiencia negativa: Hello. I booked the "Centric 2 BR Condo - Roma - Rio de Janeiro Park" apartment. We are extremely disappointed! - Upon arrival, we couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water (this was fixed the day after our arrival). - There was a sewer smell in both bathrooms; - Clean linens? Towels with lipstick stains... - Broken electrical outlet in the kitchen (where is the safety?) - A hole in the sofa - A sealed window in the kitchen was open (discovered by the agency, who were surprised, and nothing could be done for four days, apart from an ineffective temporary fix): we couldn't use the living room or the kitchen because of the cold, and the agency offered no compensation, despite three follow-up emails. We spent two days answering emails requesting access permissions and managing the repairs... Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed! I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Experiencia positiva: We stayed at Vista del Sol. The location was perfect. Love the rooftop pool and being able to experience NYE festivities with a great view. The daily cleaning service was nice to have as well. The apartment was large enough for our family, but was quite dated. Some of furniture items were not very stable. And the toaster oven didn’t work well. They offer a concierge service via message through WhatsApp, but didn’t answer any of the questions, just referred us to the front desk person.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I stayed at Vallarta 399 Condominiums #505 from December 12–19, 2025, and had an excellent experience. The unit is modern, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped. The kitchen had quality cookware and dishware, and the condo featured thoughtful modern touches such as illuminated tray ceilings and custom accent lighting throughout. There are two full bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, as well as a large, high-quality washer and dryer, which was especially convenient for a longer stay. The bed was comfortable, and the split AC units in both the living room and bedroom kept the space perfectly cool with low humidity, ideal for afternoon siestas. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the Romantic Zone and central to bars, restaurants, and nightlife, yet still comfortable and quiet. The beach is only a few blocks away. The balcony offers a great view of the hillside above and the valley below, which we really enjoyed. The unit was stocked with enough good coffee to get us started, and there’s an excellent coffee shop directly across the street, plus a Starbucks just a block away. The building’s rooftop pool is a real highlight, offering sweeping views of the city and the ocean. It was a wonderful place to relax, especially in the evenings, and added a lot to the overall experience. Communication from Naya Homes leading up to our stay was excellent, and a representative met us at the unit for check-in, which made the arrival seamless. A couple of minor constructive notes: it would have been great to have a reverse osmosis water system in the unit rather than needing to haul water from the nearby Oxxos, and the mattress pad and sheets were not well fitted. There’s nothing like waking up to realize your face is on a shared mattress. Overall, this is a fantastic condo, and we would absolutely book it again when we return to Puerto Vallarta.

Experiencia fantástica: Monday, December 15, 2025 We have just returned home from a wonderful two months in Puerto Vallarta thanks to the folks at Plaza Mar Condominiums. The unit in which we stayed was perfect for two and the service, from those at the front desk to the maid service, was above reproach and we would highly recommend a visitor to Jalisco to consider this residence as their place to stay. We enjoyed the central location (think restaurants, stage shows and Happy Hour establishments) and also the activity in the plaza across the street, such as the live entertainment on the stage on many an evening to the Olas Altas Farmers Market on Saturdays which added to fun. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are booked for a month next Spring. It's easy to extol the venue that is Old Town Puerto Vallarta but unless one has visited, the words don’t convey the feeling: Puerto Vallarta is an experience, not just a destination.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding Stay with Naya Homes by Casago in Bucerias Our ten-day stay with Naya Homes by Casago in Bucerias, Mexico was exceptional from beginning to end. We stayed in NAARENA 401, a brand-new unit with no previous reviews, and we could not have been happier with our choice. Casago handled everything for us, and their service was top-notch. From the moment we booked, their team was prompt, accommodating, and consistently quick to respond. They provided clear communication, all access codes, and every detail we needed for a smooth arrival. Any question about the unit was answered right away, and when we asked to extend our vacation by an extra two days, they confirmed availability almost immediately and checked to see if there was anything more they could do to make our stay comfortable. The unit itself was beautifully outfitted, with thoughtful touches throughout. Everything from beach towels, quality furniture, well-stocked dishes and glassware, and excellent construction made the condo feel like a true home away from home. The property sits right on the beach, which made our mornings and evenings even better. The rooftop pool delivered stunning sunrise and sunset views, and it was a favourite spot for us at any time of day. Although the steam room was not yet functional due to the building still being completed, it did not take away from our experience in any way. We highly recommend Naya Homes by Casago for anyone looking for a clean, modern, well-managed beachfront rental in Bucerias. Five stars without hesitation, and sincere thanks to the staff for making our Mexico vacation as enjoyable and relaxing as it was.

Experiencia fantástica: We were happy with the Colibri condominium 504. The only thing was the construction noise from the building next door but that is beyond your control. When the freezer stopped working you responded immediately and we were pleased with that. The repair man took a few visits to get it working but it was fine when we left. The unit itself is great. We did have trouble with the shower door in the ensuite. It wouldn’t stay shut so maybe the latch should be replaced. Also, the kitchen window is has a bit of a gap between the glass and the sliding frame which lets more sound in. If that window was replaced you would not hear the noise next door as much. These are all just little things but you asked for feedback so there you are. Thanks for your great service!

Experiencia negativa: Reservé 3 noches en un departamento por AirBnb. No tuvimos servicio de agua ni el dia que llegamos sino hasta medio día del día siguiente. Lo peor es que no daban seguimiento ni nada para resolver mas que decir "ya lo reportamos". Era un depa de 4 personas, sin poder usar baños ni regaderas. Pésima atención al cliente.

Experiencia fantástica: Todo muy bien, la atención es muy buena, solo que si recomendaría tener un numero de teléfono de contacto que sea mucho mas fácil la comunicación, ya que por correo si hubo respuesta rápida, pero pienso que puede complicarse si llega a haber alguna situación que se necesite resolver rápidamente. El lugar super bien y las atenciones de Camila, Emilia y Daniela muy buenas.

Experiencia negativa: We had a horrible vacation experience with Naya Homes (under the guise of Playa Royale) They lie about many things that are mentioned in the listing but actually don’t exist. They are kind of a middle man between the customer and the property that has its own rules and regulations that the customer only gets informed when they check in. The company doesn’t stand on the customer side or protect the customer in any way. The worst of the issues is that the beach is divided into zones and we, the guest, having booked via booking.com, are ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO SIT IN A SMALL SECTION in the very back NEXT TO THE GARBAGE CANS. As shown in the picture. Even if the beach is empty you still not allowed to be near the sea on the first row but only at the last. There is nothing in the description that even indicates that guest have LIMITED ACCESS to the beach. We only discovered this on day 3 when the beach manager approached us and told us to leave the beach. We called the company (Naya Homes). They were not aware of the rules. Long story short - after a day of arguing, we were told we can sit by the garbage cans. They also mentioned a gym. I asked about this as confirmation and they specifically confirmed that “yes there’s a gym we can use”. It turns out that no, there is no gym on the property, and one that is located somewhere else is only available to guests that stay 14 nights or more. Even then, I think you still have to pay for it. Another issue is that you aren’t allowed access to the property before the check-in time and you must vacate the premises immediately upon check out. So if you arrive hours before on your bus/flight, no one cares and you can wait on the street and they can’t take even your bags. This we also only discovered less then 24 hrs before arriving. Naya homes makes you sign a contract that obligates you to pay for any issue that can occur including electricity usage (you will have to pay for using ac too much!!!) but they don’t inform you about all those issues that are important for the customer. Also internet wasn’t really working, it’s hard to send an email with that kind of speed they have. Room has a very nice patio but it has no privacy as people pass by because they way it is located next to the towel service and the children pool. There are kids screaming all day long so quite time on your patio is out of the window. Basically you only have obligations in your stay and no rights. We feel very discriminated with that last raw by the garbage policy and upset and disappointed in being lied about all of it. Naya homes don’t help you at all with any issue. I had to call and booking made small refund from their side. Naya did nothing at all to make it up to you for all those issues. There were other options available at the price and had we known everything, I would have never chosen this place. The price you pay and treatment you get is absolutely not corresponding. If you want your vacation filled with stress and feeling discriminated choose naya homes!

Experiencia negativa: SUPER MAL SERVICIO, SON UN FRAUDE!!!!! Desde que llegue nonpodia ni entrar al departamento, me tuvieron horas con mis hijos chiquitos esperando. Al siguiente dia nos dejaron sin sluz, y no SE preocuparon por alguna solucion. A partir de ese dia Pedi in reembolso y SI me lo autorizaron. Eso fue El dia 7 de Julio, hasta el dia hoy me deben El reembolso.

Experiencia positiva: Lots of pros and cons but overall nice place and would probably stay again. Good location on the beach but nobody really swam there as muddy waters (and all the pelicans) often during our stay and I was told the crocodiles (seen at the river mouth directly north) scared locals so they go south too - Only about 200 meters south to muertos. The pool was really nice and big but I do wish there were umbrellas, as the shady spot was far enough from the pool that you couldn't relax there if you had younger kids in the pool. Laundry was convenient in the basement for a fee. Water was 70 pesos per big jug. I wish they'd had at least one in the unit on arrival as we arrived after 5pm and that's the time you can't get water any longer so we had to go to the store. The front desk folks were wonderful. Our housekeeper, Antonia, was an absolute delight. I really appreciated being on the second floor to people watch with my book and coffee each morning. It's a bigger living space than pictured so the kids could play and spread Legos everywhere. A/C was great. Also, by day 3-4 we were acclimated and turned off A/C because there's an awesome breeze went through with patio door and front door open - Really great.

Experiencia negativa: Les di a administrar mis departamentos en la cruz de huanacaxtle, desaparecieron muchas cosas que se suponen tienen bajo inventario y deben reponer ya que se le cobra al huesped. La limpieza tambien deja mucho que desear, y rentas baratisimas

Experiencia negativa: Iniciaré diciendo que si pudiera, no daría ninguna estrella a este comentario. Soy dueña de un departamento que estaba administrando Naya en Puerto Vallarta. El inicio de nuestro contrato fue en "temporada baja" y estuve pagando cerca de 7 meses el servicio "premium" sin reservas y fue hasta diciembre en "temporada alta" que el departamento empezó a tener reservas después de que solicité terminar el contrato por falta de reservas (¿coincidencia?). Posterior a que se iniciaron las reservas fue cuando los problemas empezaron. Mal servicio de limpieza, mal servicio de inventarios con la salida de los huéspedes... sin embargo seguí tolerando. Tuvimos una estancia de poco más de un mes y no me enteré que hubiera algún problema. A los pocos días entraron unos amigos y se tuvieron que aventar toda una tarde para que se arreglara el wifi que no funcionaba. Notifique a Naya para saber si se había reportado algo con el huésped previo y la repuesta textual fue "si llegaron a tener problemas..." casual y a mi nunca me preguntaron por el no. de contrato o algo para resolver el tema, según ellos pensaron que era por falta de pago y como ellos no lo pagaban pues no se hacían responsables por eso. Con otra estancia, por la administradora del condominio me enteré de que nadie había ido a recibir al huésped (cuando se supone que es parte del servicio premium que pagábamos) y lo peor es que me comentó que estaban preguntando con ella, pues Naya no les contestaba. Había un lock box que pensé que solo funcionaba entre el personal de Naya, sin embargo resultó que era un lock box que usaban también con los huéspedes. Le entregaron al huésped la contraseña que estaba mal y no podían acceder a la llave. La respuesta que a mi me dieron literalmente fue "Eunice, estamos revisando la información con el equipo". Gracias a nuestra intervención el huésped entró sin embargo esa llave extra que le dimos al huésped terminó "pérdida". En otra ocasión encontré un alacrán. Mande un mensaje comentando la situación y me dijeron que nadie les había notificado nada previamente y que revisarían el tema de fumigación de la unidad. Cuatro días después volví a insistir y su repuesta fue "hemos solicitado una actualización acerca de la fumigación" y no volvieron a mandar otro mensaje. Una semana después volví a insistir y su respuesta fue "la fumigación se puede programar, aunque no hemos recibido reportes ni preocupación del personal ni huéspedes sobre plagas...", ósea mi reporte y preocupación no era válido ni suficiente para ellos, yo que también soy su cliente, así como lo son los huéspedes. Me quejé ante esta respuesta y su siguiente respuesta fue "en cuanto tengamos la fecha te la compartiremos". Al día siguiente pedí una cita por videollamada para hacer aclaraciones y ahí entendí que el chat para dueños lo manejan varias personas y que por eso parece no haber una liga de la conversación muchas veces, pues puede contestar uno un tema y si no se entera, te contesta otro y no hay quien de un seguimiento claro. Justo estábamos terminando el año del contrato y decidimos que no renovaríamos el contrato con ellos por estas y otras situaciones más, sin embargo como ya había una reserva en fechas posteriores Naya comentó que nos penalizarían por no notificarles con tiempo de antelación de que no se renovaría el contrato (¿en serio, después de todo lo que ellos tenían de fallas por las que se podría penalizar su pésimo servicio?) En fin... al recibir el departamento estaba sucio, exigí ese día que hicieran la limpieza por que recibía a un huésped a largo plazo y sólo medio limpiaron, tuve que correr ese día a hacer la lavandería por mi cuenta pues sólo se llevaron un par de toallas a lavar. Firmé una lista de las cosas faltantes y justo hoy, recibo una lista de las cosas que repondrán que no tiene nada que ver con lo que firme. Definitivamente Naya es una empresa con un discurso muy político (sino lee las respuestas a las reseñas) sin seriedad real en su atención a cliente, contigo como dueño y con los huéspedes. No te recomiendo sus servicios!

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed in a large unit at Terrasol April & May 2025. The unit was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, large enough for groups/families travelling together and the service was immediate if there were any issues. We dealt directly with Marisol during our stay and she checked in with us regularly to ensure we didn't need anything and responded immediately with any questions or requests we had. Would absolutely use Naya homes again to book accommodation!

La empresa se exhibe como gran empresa sin embargo , incumple el contrato incluso antes de iniciar el lanzamiento de la propiedad. No la cuida, no la limpia , tiene tanto personal en distintas áreas que tú como cliente no sabes quién se hace responsable de tu propiedad. Pésima experiencia . Definitivo no los recomiendo .

Experiencia fantástica: My family of 4 stayed at Tayau in Bucerias for 5d/4n. The condo, staff and location were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Roof top pool with incredible views, beachfront, shopping and great restaurants are all within very short walking distances.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent accommodations. A short 5min UBER to Bucerias for shopping etc. Tizate is very clean and secure. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again! However, despite completing the pre-stay forms to ease our check in, there was no record of our booking and it took over an hour with a good deal of help from our Taxi driver to assist with our own language barrier with the security guards and Naya Homes after hours calls. It's an unsettling feeling arriving late in the night after long travels to be told you don't have a reservation. Once we were granted access to the property we still struggled to find someone who knew which tower and unit we were in. To the unit owners of 116, the staff nearly had to break the lock holder for the Key as the box wouldn't open with the three time confirmed key code. Aside from that, the location is under construction but the sounds from the new tower were minimal and within reasonable hours. As a new development, the staff, restaurant menu's and bar are all new and were literally just setting up terminals etc while we were there. Staff is super kind and accommodating. I would ask that unit owners include more toilet paper, or be aware to bring your own as we didn't plan for this and found ourselves without. Thank you to Christopher at the front desk for being very welcoming and understanding of the bumpy start. Experiencia negativa: No confíen en esta empresa que a través de Airbnb, vende estancias engañosas, la última vez que reservamos con ellos nos enviaron a un lugar donde el consumo era obligatorio de todo incluido para poder consumir alimentos y bebidas y no se hacen responsables, NO RENTEN CON ELLOS PORQUE NO SON DE FIAR. Pregunten y asegúrense de todos los detalles antes de rentar ya que ellos deliberadamente mienten pésima experiencia y pésima atención al cliente

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at this Harbour 171 location. The accommodation was excellent and well-appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the space. We also truly enjoyed the pools. The views were spectacular and we woke up every morning to the sound of the ocean.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at the Orchid and absolutely loved it. The location was great, the staff was wonderful, and the views were amazing. We could have sat at the roof top pool watching the whales all day. The food and drinks at the roof top restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Great stay, highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Magnífica ubicación en Roma Norte, cerca de muchos de los principales atractivos de CDMX, pero a la vez en un entorno tranquilo. El edificio es moderno y con zonas comunes top (por ejemplo, gimnasio). El apartamento está muy cuidado y equipado hasta el último detalle. Ideal.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed at Bay View Grand over by the Marina in E805 for this past week. It is a 2 BR, 2 Bath apartment with living room, dining area, kitchen and a beautiful huge Terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean. We were very happy with our stay. A few things that I want to point out that would be important - the water is not filtered, so you have to buy bottled or you can take a big 5 gallon (I think) plastic container downstairs and get it filled - quite awkward to carry depending how far your room is from elevator. Also, there is no ice maker and they had filled up 2 small trays (not sure if it was filtered water or not) but no way was that lasting. We had to go to supermarket and buy a bag of ice. The master bathroom has a huge crack across the granite top - not very attractive and should be fixed. I would bring extra pool towels as they gave us 2 and they weren't full size pool towels. The guest room bath has a broken inside handle in the shower so it is a bit of a pain opening the door to get out. Overall, I would redo the bathrooms. The master bath also has a padded (the old kind) toilet seat - that really needs to be replaced. Torn in a few places too. Our opinion is that the unit needs some upgrades - master bedroom should have a new mattress soon and get new linens for the bed. It was a full size and I had been told it was a king. BUT, aside from those suggestions to the owner, the apartment was very clean and spacious. Our neighbors were all so nice and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL. Pool is awesome and so is the beach. We would stay again but would hope for updates to be made. We were in other units there and they were much more current in style and amenities. Our concierge, Daniela, was great. Naya was very responsive when we had a few questions and TV issues. They seem to be a very good management company!

Experiencia fantástica: Llegamos a Vallarta en temporada baja y por lo mismo estuvo muy tranquilo. La vista desde la terraza es muy bonita, así como la alberca, el acceso a restaurantes, la playa Los Muertos y tiendas de la zona Romántica a pie es muy fácil. El condominio es muy bonito y tiene un montón de cosas incluidas, tal cual como si estuvieras en casa. Nos encantó el lugar y la atención a cliente, sin duda volveríamos la próxima visita.

Experiencia positiva: Muy hermoso el lugar, el personal muy amable y atento. Desafortunadamente tuve dos malas experiencias, primero uno de los colchones estaba apestoso, y al día siguiente me lo cambiaron. Y una mañana a las 6am se encendió una alarma de incendios que nos despertó y asusto. Pero de ahí en más estuvo todo de maravilla.

Experiencia fantástica: Naya is very easy to work with. We stayed at Casa Esperanza and it was perfect. It's a couple of blocks from the beach, which is perfect. It's easy to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, and far enough that we weren't kept up all night from the parties. The views are stunning and the sunsets were some of the best I've seen from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible es poco, problemas desde el primer día, la comunicación con la empresa es pésima, estuve todos los días de mi estadía sin calefacción (los dos equipos que había tiraban agua) fue un “técnico” a arreglarlo y no arreglo absolutamente nada, había focos fundidos, creo yo que si uno renta una propiedad con jacuzzi es para hacer uso de el (tampoco se pudo, porque tampoco servía) la propiedad estaba en malas condiciones, con fallas en los equipos que no estuvieron dispuestos a resolver de ninguna manera (ya qué quedaron en hacer un descuento para “compensar los inconvenientes” que claramente nunca hicieron). La experiencia fue pésima, no lo recomiendo.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experiencia siempre pretextos respecto a que su sistema está siendo reparado etc y simplemente no caen reservas y te cambian sin previo aviso a tu administrador. Es preferible no perder tu puntuación como host y tu manejar tus plataformas a pagarles tanto por tan bajo servicio

Experiencia positiva: Estuve hospedado en el dpto 301 en 1411 Horacio, Polanco. Tiene muy buenos espacios y una excelente ubicación. La cama no es muy cómoda porque es muy baja y tiene una pieza en el centro que molesta. Pero me pareció muy mal que no hubiese ninguna lámpara de mesa de noche (me dijeron que la traerían al día siguiente pero nunca llegó), no había toallas de cocina, ni siquiera desechables y las toallas de baño estaban sucias y rotas (adjunto fotos). Para colgar ropa había espacio más que suficiente pero solo 4 ganchos...

Experiencia positiva: Es la segunda vez que me hospedó en esta misma habitación, la ubicación sin duda alguna es excelente, la atención de la persona que me atendió también excelente; si hay detalles de mantenimiento que deben mejorar las duchas están tapadas y no sale el agua como debería, la puerta de uno de los baños no funciona bien y es peligroso que se vaya a caer, hace falta darle una pintadita; recomendaría que colocoran una mesa alta de acuerdo al espacio en los baños para poder colocar los artículos personales. Siempre serán una gran opción por la ubicación, pero no hay que dejar de lado el mantenimiento. Muchas gracias.

Experiencia fantástica: Nos hospedamos en Quinta San Miguel en Nuevo Vallarta y nos encantó! La playa nos quedaba caminando, la concierge Daniela fue muy atenta y el lugar fue muy cómodo. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar en Quinta San Miguel!!

Es un poco difícil pedir Uber en esa zona pero nuestra concierge de Naya nos apoyó a darnos las mejores recomendaciones de cómo movernos. Experiencia negativa: Intente colocar una propiedad con ellos, Me gusto su mercadotecnia y lo que ofrecen se ve que le invierten mucho pero sin duda de las empresas que cobran comisiones más caras, más sus cuotas de arranque y mantenimiento excesivo, el vendedor que me trato no sabe lo que es obsesión por el cliente. No los recomiendo.
