We ultimately found a home we loved—different from the original one we had discussed—and set the buying process in motion. Mikele was instrumental in making this purchase happen. His knowledge of negotiations, the buying process, and the use of the appropriate notary and trust ensured everything went smoothly. The transaction could not have gone better, and we were able to purchase what will truly be our forever home and final move into retirement. Beyond the purchase, Mikele continued to go above and beyond by helping us connect with contractors to complete the remodeling work we needed. His support did not stop at closing, which speaks volumes about his dedication and professionalism. Experiencia fantástica: We recently bought a house with Dirk Nettles as our agent. Our previous place was nice, but had issues with the HOA and some difficult neighbours in the complex, so we were looking for something in the neighbourhood. Dirk found us a free-standing house with streets on three sides and a vacant lot on the fourth, providing us with much needed isolation from immediate neighbours. And the house is gorgeous with a lot of Mexican details — tiles on the stairs, a large copula with vivid patterns on it, inset tile work in the floors — and as a bonus, a chef’s cooktop and oven, which is great as we both love to cook and entertain. Dirk made the experience easy and straightforward, got us a good price, and helped us close smoothly with no issues. He’s a good listener and found us places with what we were looking for. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and even to complete strangers!!
