Experiencia fantástica: We as two Canadian couples purchased a partially finished new build condo in the Bucerias area about three years ago using Global who represented us. They guided us through the entire process until our deed was issued. The couples became estranged and so the condo was put up for sale; once again using Global. All sale aspects other than the final document signing in Mexico was done remotely from Canada using Fred and Lucette from Global and ATG for legal. They set what I thought was a very agressive closing date but came through with closing only two months after the condo was listed. Fred and Lucette kept us well informed during the entire process, they make themselves available to you at all times, know the local market well, respected the estranged relationship, and above all are honest in dealing with clients. We certainly would use them again and believe them to be the best in the area. With all the scams I've been reading about I wanted an expert in the area to make sure I wasn't going to be a victim. Lucette was VERY thorough and asked all the correct questions and requested legal identification of the landlords to ensure it was a legit rental. She negotiated the rental contracts adding and removing the safeguards necessary and I didn't have to have contact with the landlords. She was present at the handing of the keys and walked through with us on day one to note any deficiencies so they could be documented and not deducted from our damage deposit when we leave. Total top notch service!

Fred and Company made purchasing a condo into a easy and calm process. How? 1) FRED LISTENS - Fred talked with us and made sure he knew for what we were looking; 2) FRED IS KNOWLEDGEABLE - He has many years of experience so he was aware of most of the properties from prior experience. This knowledge of places extended so that he knew which buildings were problematic and which building were good within a property. It seemed whenever we found a potential building he could tell us the positives and negatives of the place from memory. His knowledge and willingness to held extended to all arenas - Where to go in Bucerias? Hiring a handy person; I need a mechanic. What ever you need, Fred is willing to share his knowledge and history - ; 3) FRED HAS EXPERTISE - He was able to research the market to provide us with timely information. He made the offer process easy to understand and execute; 4) FRED CAN TALK - His communication skill are above excellent. He stays in contact with you to the extent that we need. In fact, the only time he is "unavailable" is when he is working with another client, so; 5) FRED TREATS YOU AND YOUR TIME COURTEOUSLY - He is present and available when he is with you; 6) FRED KNOWS THE PROCESS, ANTICIPATES PROBLEMS AND ACTS PROACTIVELY - I keep on asking what is next and how long it will take and he has an answer. For example, we got our inspection and I asked what do we do and he responded we move on. By the time I had read my email that there was an issue with a faucet and before we talked, he had already spoken to a plumber, called the sellers to confirm that they would need to pay and schedule the service. I went into the office and went over the inspection, so I knew what was going on (and I could explain it to my wife); 7) FRED WALKS WITH YOU - When we knew that we would not be at the closing, he had the Power of attorney figured out with the Notary. He or someone in the office, came with us, so the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed before we left Bucerias; 8) I FELT THAT I DID NOT GET ONLY A REALTOR, I GOT A FRIEND - Isn't that how you want to be treated? When I say FRED, I mean LUCETTE and ANTONIO as well. I always felt the same level of integrity and commitment from everyone with whom I had dealings in the office.

Experiencia negativa: Fred Ayotte is the most dishonest person I have worked with. He will say anything you want to get you to sign a contract. Make sure you have in writing anything that he agrees to, otherwise you will not see it while working with him. I strongly suggest finding any other realtor possible if you want to buy or sell a house.
