Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I arrived in San Miguel de Allende in September 2022. Before our arrival, Greg arranged a Zoom video call to discuss what we were looking for in a new home. As a top priority, we wanted a home with at least 20 mile views including a view of the Parroquia and we set a maximum price. After our arrival, Greg immediately took us on a home tour of around 10 homes. Unfortunately, none of them was our dream house. We proceeded to look for another 7 months and over 30 houses, but to no avail. I started to waver on our original priorities but Greg never wavered even though he is motivated to have us buy any house. Greg stayed incredibly patient and optimistic.
