Experiencia negativa: After initial communication, there were days with no communication. Then there was an email saying someone else was interested in the property and would view it the following day. Then today, saying they are moving forward with buying it. If they are not going to follow-up with interested customers, there is no use in using unprofessional agents.

That’s not to say that they’re only about their business, rather they spend as much time familiarizing you with the community, both the area and the people. Jonathan is the most honest real estate professional I’ve ever encountered.

Experiencia negativa: I interacted with agent Gabriel Mendoza. I felt he was not motivated to act as a buyer's agent. I forwarded him a listing advertised by another realty company. I asked him some questions about the property. I was turned off and disappointed when he mentioned "you have lots of questions that I cannot answer, mainly because it is not our listing." I have a problem with this response because isn't it the agent's job to research the property or is he just lazy and unmotivated? Also it sounds like he prefers to sell his own listings and gain more commission. That's unprofessional and this is from an agent that claims to be a member of Mexico's AMPI. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this realty agency. I decided to terminate the relationship with Gabriel and asked the listing agent to help. Español: Interactué con el agente Gabriel Mendoza. Sentí que no estaba motivado para actuar como agente de compras. Le envié un anuncio anunciado por otra empresa de bienes raíces. Le hice algunas preguntas sobre la propiedad. Me sentí apagada y decepcionada cuando mencionó "tienes muchas preguntas que no puedo responder, principalmente porque no es nuestra lista". Tengo un problema con esta respuesta porque ¿no es el trabajo del agente investigar la propiedad o simplemente es vago y desmotivado? También parece que prefiere vender sus propios anuncios y ganar más comisiones. Eso no es profesional y es de un agente que dice ser miembro de la AMPI de México. Muy decepcionante y no recomiendo esta agencia inmobiliaria. Decidí terminar la relación con Gabriel y le pedí ayuda al agente de la propiedad.
