Tierra Valladolid

100% recomendable.

Experiencia fantástica: Ozzy and his team have their finger on the pulse of what's going on in the Yucatan. They're professional, know prices and have a wide variety of properties available. They're knowledgeable about all kinds of real estate and I've called on them for advice on a number of occasions. They follow through and offer sound advice. When situations require a different approach, they suggest creative solutions to make things work for everyone. Their boots on the ground approach and all around know how is invaluable if you're looking for a home, business or investment property in Valladolid, or farther afield in places like El Cuyo, where they represent a lot of international interest. For those looking for cenotes, Ozzy is especially helpful. I've seen him scouting in his 4 wheel drive until a client has found that hidden gem they're looking for. Most of all, Ozzy and his team are personable and most people discover that more often than not, business and friendship are compatible.

Experiencia positiva: Ozzy is really friendly and has a great knowledge of the local area from many years spent there.

Experiencia fantástica: Osman has always been very professional. Furthermore and importantly, he is very involved in helping the local community, organizing efforts to distribute food and medical supplies to families and people when they are in need, whether it's the coronavirus or floodwater distress. He is a businessman and a person that cares about other people. I recommend that you trust Osman to give you the time and attention your situation needs.
