Our favorite things to do is hang out with the amazing Erik at the swim up pool bar and when we need a bite and drink inside, the resort restaurant/bar has amazing food and even better company. Eduardo and Oscar are amazing staff and treated us well!

Experiencia fantástica: This is our second time to stay here. We had a great time. If the owners read this, please do something about the gate to enter at the guard shack. Once I am checked in and have my parking pass, I shouldn't have to wait in a long line to re-enter. Checked in guests should be able to enter the owners gate without long wait times.

Experiencia positiva: Very Nice and affordable prices, everything you need for a comfortable stay, The restaurant they have there has great food, the store in the lobby is very convenient and has it ALL! Super friendly staff…. We were there for a week, for copa peñasco baseball tournament. Which means I had to be using washer and drier daily, drier over heated on me couple days, dish washer would leak so only used it once. Also wasn’t cleaned up very well or wiped… Other than that we enjoined our stay especially our kids.

Experiencia positiva: Great resort! Affordable, clean and feels very safe. Restrictions and rules might be a little overkill but definitely make sense. My only dislike is the wristbands they force you to use. They are big and ugly and the fact that you have to wear them the whole time your here feels wrong. Maybe they can invest on a better wristband ‍♀️ other than that. Loving it!!

Experiencia positiva: Urine on the wall in the corner opposite the toilet. Took 2 days of calling to get cleaned. Then, I'm pretty sure they blamed me for it! Hair dryers in both bathrooms did not work. 3 pools. From my condo, I had the perfect view of them all. 1 of the pools had a green color the entire time. Yet, people were still allowed to be swimming in it. KIDS!!! Be prepared! There is no ADULT pool. So you feel like you're swimming in a pool of kids pee by the end of the day. The beach is amazing. However, in the end, I would look for another resort in my next trip as when I went over these inconveniences with the desk, I was brushed off and felt accused of peeing on the wall in the bathroom as he said I did not report in a timely fashion, I must have done it. Well, I'm not a man, so peeing in the corner up the wall is and was not the case for this girl! It is a disappointment as I really like the location. And the beach!

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great time! Between the homemade burritos 3/$5.00 for breakfast and the fruit vendors with popsicles and drinks!! We fell in love with the Taco lady to the left of the La Princessa Resort. Near the public beach entrance. She makes fresh daily all the delicious choices we had chicken, carnitas, beans , rice, and a heavenly green sauce in a baggie. Best we have ever had!! Yummy We visited her 2 times this trip….hope we can find her again before we go home tomorrow!!

Experiencia fantástica: So much to do ! Beautiful location and property. Rent through FMI they give great rates and discounts don't fall for booking I paid too much in fees but seeing this view now I'm ok !! But next time I know better .

Experiencia fantástica: Well for this trip we stayed in the A building second floor, with a fantastic view of the malachon and the sunrise. I've stayed on this property many times in fact lived here for a year once. The staff is helpful, thoughtful, very security conscious it's like going home I love it

Experiencia positiva: Beautiful. Right on the beach. 3 swimming pools and a large jacuzzi and the gym. I love the gym. You can look out the windows as you're exercising on one of several pieces of equipment. It's air conditioned and there's drinking water available. Love it! ❤❤❤
