Asimismo, trato muy poco profesional, son groseros, impuntuales y no dominan los aspectos técnicos y legales vinculados a su profesión. No volvería a trabajar con ellos.

Experiencia negativa: I talk to Annie on a Friday to get info to see if the company help me sell a small house by the Plancha. Unfortunately I felt rejected and felt that they did not want to do anything with my listing. In the US realtors fight for listings, my guess in Mexico they dont. A courtesy call or a text goes a long way.

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: The characterization in your reply is completely inaccurate, I haven't received a late response, I haven't received a response at all, after sending two separate contacts to Instagram, through your contact form and now to every single one of your agents, that was this morning, and still haven't received a response from anyone. As a former owner of a RE/MAX Master Franchise across multiple states with 11,000 agents before I sold my company it's absolutely shocking to me a real estate company wouldn't be responsive to a potential clients inquiry. I spent my entire life in the real estate industry, if I could have given you zero stars for lack of responsiveness, I would have. Responding to clients inquiries, communications, etc is probably the single most important thing that exists in the real estate industry. It's called professional Service, but don't worry, obviously you don't want my business (I'm listing a $15 Million MXN and obviously you're not going to get it.

There are many beautiful places in Mexico, but Carlos Betancourt of Merida Living Real Estate and his YouTube property videos and website made it easy to decide. The service and attention – and attention to detail were amazing. Carlos does not just help you find a house, he is involved in every detail from inspections, honest evaluations of pricing, details of closing, etc. Too many details to mention here but the most amazing thing is that after closing and moving into our new home, Carlos continued to check in with us, transferred our utilities and – get this- created a manual for the new home containing details for all of the operating systems, utilities, etc. We have never had this sort of thorough work from a realtor/real estate company. An aside is that we were not the easiest of clients. We had very specific ideas of what we wanted and/or did not want and he not only listened but always remained cheerful and downright educational regarding the various properties we viewed. We cannot recommend him and Merida Living enough – we have good friends working with them currently planning their move and purchase in Yucatan.
